As someone who works in a curtain track workshop every day, I’ve noticed that sometimes the smaller the accessory is, the more questions customers have about it. And some of these small parts are surprisingly difficult to find.
The curtain track flange is one of them.

Under normal circumstances, a curtain track can be installed with suitable top or side fixing points. But in some situations, neither option is practical. For example, the ceiling may be plasterboard and cannot be drilled, the side may be glass and cannot be drilled, or the installation space may only allow the track to be fixed from one end.
This is where the flange becomes useful.
The main purpose of the curtain track flange is to provide a more convenient fixing solution for these special installation situations. It is suitable for single-end fixing of the curtain track, and it can also be used when both ends need additional support.
From the workshop side, I personally like this kind of accessory because it is simple. There is no complicated mechanism and no special adjustment needed. Put the flange in the correct position, tighten the screw, and the curtain track can be secured.
And honestly, I think the installation solution itself is quite clever for these special situations.
We currently have two flange specifications. One is suitable for curtain tracks measuring 18–23 mm, and the other is suitable for tracks measuring 24–28 mm. They are designed for different sizes of aluminum curtain tracks.

When customers ask which flange they need, we normally check the track size first rather than choosing by appearance. A few millimeters can make a real difference during installation. If the flange is too small, it simply may not fit.
At the moment, our curtain track flanges are available in white only. It is a simple and versatile color that works well with most white curtain tracks and also matches many other track colors without looking too noticeable after installation.
In our workshop, our experienced workers often say that a good accessory should not make installation more complicated. It should make the installer’s job easier.
That is the main purpose of this small curtain track flange.
Have you come across this type of installation solution before?
It may not be the most noticeable part of a curtain system, but when a curtain track cannot be installed in the usual way, this small accessory can be a real problem-solver and save a lot of trouble.
If you are a curtain shop, installer, designer, or wholesale buyer, we can supply curtain tracks together with related accessories. If you have a track photo, drawing, or specific installation requirement, you can send it to us. We can help check the suitable flange specification and match the related accessories before production.
That way, you can get the complete set in one purchase instead of looking for every small part separately.
