I. Environmental Practices
1. Materials
- Aluminum profiles: 100% recyclable, electrophoretic or powder coating, no heavy metal release
- Wood products: FSC-certified sustainable forestry timber
- Fabrics: eco-friendly blackout coating available, formaldehyde-free, odorless
- Plastic components: DEHP, BBP and other phthalate-free
- Packaging: recyclable cartons, biodegradable poly bags
2. Production
- Wastewater: Treated to meet discharge standards (GB 8978-1996)
- Exhaust gas: VOC treatment system on coating lines, removal efficiency ≥95%
- Solid waste: Scrap metal and fabric offcuts sorted and recycled, disposed through licensed recyclers
- Energy: LED lighting throughout factory
3. Product Performance
- Cellular shades: honeycomb structure provides thermal insulation, reduces building energy consumption
- Electric systems: DC motors, standby power ≤0.5W
- Flame retardancy: fabrics up to B1 level (difficult to ignite)
- Blackout rate: blackout roller blinds ≥99%
