Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return (exceptions apply for certain promotional or custom-made products – see Section 6).

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

  • The item is uninstalled, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The item is returned with its original packaging, all accessories, tags, and instructions
  • The item is not classified as “non-returnable” (see Section 6)

For wooden blinds and similar window coverings: simply opening the packaging to inspect the product does not affect eligibility for return. However, products that have been cut, installed, drilled, or show clear signs of use cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at [530432549@qq.com] or via our [online form link] and provide your order number, product name, and reason for return (photos may be attached).
  2. After approval, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  3. Send the item back together with its original packaging and the RMA number.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card / PayPal / WeChat / Alipay, etc.).
  • The actual time it takes to receive the refund depends on your payment provider, typically 3–10 business days.
  • Any customs duties, international shipping fees, or similar charges you paid are generally non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the return is due to our error, please pay the shipping cost first. We will reimburse you upon refund (proof of shipping cost is required, up to a maximum of e.g., $20 USD).

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-size or custom-color wooden blinds / curtains
  • Items that have been installed, cut, or altered
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Clearance / sale items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page)

7. Exchanges

We do not directly offer exchanges. If you need a different color or size, please return the original item and place a new order. If the returned item meets the conditions, we will issue a refund for it.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after it was approved:

  • First, contact your bank or payment platform
  • Then, contact our customer service at [530432549@qq.com] – we will help check the status

9. Special Notice for EU/UK Consumers (if applicable)

For consumers located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the item. Please contact customer service for instructions on how to exercise this right.
